Practice Vendor Honey & Candles ("we," "us") uses this page to collect sign-ups from customers who want to hear from us. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it and the choices you have. Our list is managed for us by our marketing provider, Beacon Marketing Systems LLC.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We do not rent or trade it either.

Our list is stored and our messages are sent using service providers working on our behalf: Beacon Marketing Systems LLC, which manages our list and messages, and HighLevel, the software it uses. They may use your information only to provide that service to us. Beacon Marketing Systems does not use our customers for its own marketing.

We may also share information if the law requires it.

4. Text messages (SMS)

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Email

We keep your information while you are on our list. To see, correct or delete it, contact us using the details below.

7. Children

Our list is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

8. Changes

We may update this policy and will post the new version here with a new effective date.
